With meditation you will learn to find silence within yourself.
Meditation is an important method to deepen your inner connection, the connection with your heart, the Divine essence of love and your inner strength. Meditation, especially in Eastern countries, is considered very normal and seen as a time to recharge, occupy your own space and attune to Divine love.
What is meditation?
Meditation is an practice, to deepen your focus to the essence of oneness. It can provide an experiential moment of inner alignment, a moment of inspiration, peace and renewal.
You gently bring your focus inward with meditation exercises and focus on the highest essence of oneness, as it feels right for you, on the Light, God, or a self-realized Master, or Guru.
Slowly a change will take place in your mind and body as you raise your frequency with the exercises. This process can be deepened, or if you wish, accelerated, by receiving the exercises directly from a Master, because he himself has gone the inner way and can show you the way.
Pranayama
With certain breathing exercises, we can practice daily meditation to turn deeper inward to experience and connect more deeply with our life force, the energy, in higher levels of divine consciousness in love and light.
Pranayama means to develop control over the life force energy as we expand the heart center with light. We focus on the highest and breathe in a certain way through the spinal centers in a deep concentration. The whole practice is called pranayama: prana is the life force and yama means mastery.
For those who want to start with meditation, usually a simple breathing exercise is enough to start the process toward inner stillness. Only when these techniques are fully integrated into the body can you safely progress to subsequent techniques and new levels of meditation.
Meditation
When you practice meditation for a longer period of time you will find that you find inner attunement more quickly and tensions release naturally.
Just imagine me taking you very briefly through a small meditation:
❤️
Bring your focus inward by listening to your breathing.
Inwardly focus your eyes on the center of your forehead, the third eye.
Then bring your attention to your heartcentre and imagine that you are opening your heart like a flower opening her petals.
❤️
Now breathe in deeply for 4 to 6 counts, hold your breath for a moment and then breathe out for 4 to 6 counts.
Do this for several minutes and imagine your heart center opening further and light radiates from your heart out through your whole body.
Let the light flow into your body, into every part of your being, into every cell, let it flow!
❤️
By doing this exercise for a moment you experience relaxation, space, a moment of peace, a moment of attention, Divine love and happiness....
Everyone experiences it in their own way, but by practicing, your experience deepens, your energy field becomes more powerful, and you will come closer to your Self, your true Self.
❤️
Focus
listen
to your breath,
turn inward
and tune in to
your inner
Light.
Open
your heart...
and experience
the healing love
the bright power
and joy in your life....
Why learning meditation from a Master Teacher?
Meditation can be thought of as a powerful way to relax parts of the brain, and to sometimes activate parts that are normally inactive. Higher consciousness is activated deeper in body consciousness and tensions in lower consciousness are transformed. This process is a life-changing experience and needs a good teacher. When the basics of the exercises are learned well and you can maintain the focus for some time, it can very quickly give great results for your life. It can then even ease or lessen pain, resolve grief, give better alignment with relatives and clarity in relationships. It can give room for inspiration and fulfillment.
A good meditation master will know what will be the right technique for you to begin with, the master will recognize and know how to guide you at the time when your mind, through a mental image, or emotions may be holding back your development in some way, (or even sabotaging it). This allows you to receive the guidance and attunement to motivate you to keep doing the exercises on your own for a longer period of time and grow spiritually.
My Meditation Masters
The Masters of Meditations who have reached the states of Self Realisation, are the real Guru's of this world... Sometimes it is difficult to understand their development and being, cause we don't have any comparisment and our minds is not ready to really perceive and receive...
To grow spirititually and deepen our connection with the light ost Gurus have swamis or students, who have achieved an inner Master degree, where you can receive the initiations and learn all about meditation. It is highly recomended to learn your meditation techniques directly from a Guru , or a Master Teacher in meditation to recieve the energy needed to practise the exercises at a high level. For example, I was initiated by Prema Baba Swamiji, and after years I became a Master Teacher Meditation in His lineage of Babaji and I was initiated into Kriya Yoga in 2007 by Swami Chidananda, the spiritual leader of Kriya Yoga (SRF-Los Angeles, Paramahansa Yogananda). In addition, I experienced a deep connection with Mother Amma, Mata Amritananda Mayi Devi and was allowed to conduct satsangs for her in India and she asked me to give satsangs for her in my home, which I do since 2016.
Livestream Meditations
In 2014 I started broadcasting meditation livestreams via zoom regularly for larger groups, I did this for several years. You can still listen and see some of these meditations on youtube.
